  1. The Barking Cards Demo Version Readme File  8/21/97

  3. This Barking Cards Demo is a fully functional trial version of 
  4. our Barking Cards 96 CD-ROM.  It includes our complete collection 
  5. of 25 animated greeting cards for you to personalize and send. 
  6. This version has cards for the following occasions:

  8. Birthdays
  9. Holidays
  10. Invitations
  11. Thank You
  12. Congratulations (new job, baby)
  13. Romance
  14. Friendship 
  15.  
  16. You can customize the text in the cards, add more text, add
  17. photos, images or clip art, record voice messages or add 
  18. pre-recorded sounds.  When you're done personalizing a card, simply 
  19. hit the DONE button on Main Editing screen and follow the instructions
  20. for saving the card.  You can then send the self playing card to your
  21. recipient by attaching it to an email or by saving it to diskette and
  22. sending the diskette.  The self playing card will run on any Windows
  23. 3.1 or Windows 95 system with the following minimum requirements:

  25. - 486DX (or higher) IBM PC compatible 
  26. - 8 MB of RAM
  27. - 5 MB of available disk space
  28. - VGA or higher Video board
  29. - Sound card (if you want them to hear the sounds)

  44. To Install the product:

  46. 1. Use an unzipping program (like PKUNZIP) to unzip the BARKFULL.ZIP
  47. file into a temporary directory.
  48. 2. Run the Setup.exe program from that directory and follow the 
  49. instructions.

  51. This Barking Cards Demo is a fully functional trial version of our 
  52. Barking Cards CD-ROM product.  You can use it for 15 days to evaluate
  53. it provided you agree to the licensing terms for evaluation users 
  54. in the LICENSE.TXT file. If you don't agree to the terms then you 
  55. should remove our product from your computer.  After 15 days it will
  56. no longer be usable on your computer.

  58. This Barking Cards Demo software may be distributed freely in the
  59. original form (i.e. BARKFULL.zip) as downloaded from from any of Blaze 
  60. Technologies' authorized distribution outlets.  You are not permitted 
  61. to modify the software from its original form, and you are not 
  62. permitted to distribute any installed copy or separate files.
  63. Please refer to the licensing agreement (LICENSE.TXT) for more 
  64. information.

  67. quality (and wackiest) animated cards on the market.
  68. If you decide to purchase our product, there are built in options
  69. to purchase securely online, via fax, phone or mail.  You will then
  70. be given a password to unlock the demo version.
