  22.  The use of Touch-Typing is subject to the following terms and conditions.

  25.  Title To The Licensed Software
  26.  ------------------------------
  27.  Title to the licensed software is NOT transferred or sold to the end user.
  28.  The end user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the software
  29.  on a SINGLE computer or computer work station. EACH computer or computer
  30.  work station must have its own licensed copy of the software.

  33.  Copyright Protection
  34.  --------------------
  35.  Touch-Typing is copyrighted material. It is protected by the copyright laws
  36.  of the ISRAEL, United States, the State of California, and other proprietary
  37.  rights of Shetef Solutions Ltd. You may not make any changes or
  38.  modifications to Touch-Typing or this manual. You may not decompile,
  39.  disassemble, or otherwise reverse-engineer the software in any way.

  41.  You may make copies of Touch-Typing only under the terms of the section
  42.  entitled "Limited License To Copy The Licensed Software".
  43.  
  44.  You may use Touch-Typing on a thirty (30) day trial basis only, provided
  45.  you do not violate the protection afforded the licensed software by the 
  46.  copyright laws, and you agree to the terms of the license agreement. 
  47.  If you use Touch-Typing past the 30 day evaluation period you are
  48.  required to purchase it by paying the registration fee.

  51.  Limited Warranty
  52.  ----------------
  53.  Shetef Solutions Ltd. does not warrant that the licensed software will meet 
  54.  your requirements or that the operation of the software will be
  55.  uninterrupted or error free. The warranty does not cover any media or
  56.  documentation which has been subjected to damage or abuse by you or others.
  57.  The software warranty does not cover any copy of the licensed software
  58.  which has been altered or changed in any way. In other words, there is no
  59.  warranty either implied or expressed.

  61.  ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
  62.  FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE TERM OF THE EXPRESS
  63.  WARRANTIES. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied
  64.  warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

  67.  Other Warranties

  69.  The warranties set forth above are in lieu of any and all other express or
  70.  implied warranties, whether oral, written, or implied, and the remedies set
  71.  forth above are the sole and exclusive remedies.

  74.  Limitation Of Liability

  76.  Shetef Solutions Ltd. is not responsible nor liable in anyway for any
  77.  problems or damage caused by the licensed software that may result from
  78.  using the licensed software. This includes, but is not limited to,
  79.  computer hardware, computer software, operating systems, and any computer
  80.  or computing accessories. End user agrees to hold Shetef Solutions Ltd.
  81.  harmless for any problems arising from the use of the software.
  82.  Shetef Solutions Ltd. SHALL NOT IN ANY CASE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, 
  83.  INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM
  84.  ANY BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIES EVEN IF Shetef Solutions Ltd. OR ITS AGENTS
  85.  OR DISTRIBUTORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  86.  THIS AGREEMENT SHELL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF ISRAEL AND SHELL INURE
  87.  TO THE BENEFIT OF Shetef Solutions Ltd. AND ANY SUCCESSORS, ADMINISTRATORS,
  88.  HEIRS, AND ASSIGNS. ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING BROUGHT BY EITHER PARTY AGAINST
  89.  THE OTHER ARISING OUT OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN
  90.  ISRAEL.

  92.  In no case shall Shetef Solutions Ltd. liability exceed the license fees
  93.  paid for the right to use the licensed software, or a sum no greater than
  94.  one Dollar ($1.00), whichever is less.

  97.  Limited License To Copy The Software
  98.  ------------------------------------
  99.  You are granted a limited license to copy Touch-Typing ONLY FOR THE TRIAL
  100.  USE OF OTHERS subject to the terms of this software license agreement
  101.  described herein, and that the conditions described below are met.

  103.  ->  No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested by
  104.      anyone without the express written permission of Shetef Solutions Ltd. 
  105.  
  106.  ->  Public Domain Disk Vendors May NOT CHARGE a fee for Touch-Typing
  107.      itself. However you may include Touch-Typing on a diskette/CD-ROM for
  108.      which you charge a nominal distribution fee. The purchaser of said
  109.      diskette must be informed in advance that the fee paid to acquire the
  110.      diskette does NOT relieve said purchaser from paying the Registration
  111.      Fee for Touch-Typing if said purchaser uses Touch-Typing.

  113.  ->  The statement of shareware registration requirements MUST be printed
  114.      on a label, or other form, that is directly attached to the distribution
  115.      media.
  116.  
  117.  ->  Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
  118.      Touch-Typing for downloading by their users without written permission
  119.      ONLY AS LONG AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.  A fee may be charged
  120.      for access to the BBS AS LONG AS NO SPECIFIC FEE IS CHARGED FOR
  121.      DOWNLOADING Touch-Typing files without first obtaining the express
  122.      written permission from Shetef Solutions Ltd. to charge such a fee.

  125.  Evaluation and Registration
  126.  ------------------------------------

  128.  This is not free software. This license allows you to use this
  129.  software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  130.  days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  131.  a registration fee of 39 US Dollars is required.  Payment can be in
  132.  Cash, money order, checks. Payments can be in any currency.
  133.  Please try to pay in cash for small orders, if you are paying with checks
  134.  most of the money goes to the bank it self due to the bank commissions.

  144.  Quantity discounts are available, as described in the section
  145.  Ordering Information/Order Form.  When payment is received you
  146.  will be sent a registration key to remove all unregistered messages and
  147.  documentation and the last version of Touch-Typing.

  149.  One registered copy of Touch-Typing may either be used by a single
  150.  person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  151.  or installed on a single workstation used non simultaneously by
  152.  multiple people, but not both.

  154.  You may access the registered version of Touch-typing through a network,
  155.  provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  156.  software covering all workstations that will access the software
  157.  through the network.
