  9.    A small program for 2.0+ machines that changes a single colour in the
  10. Workbench palette every time it is run.

  12.    You can have a different border colour on WB windows at any time.  You
  13. can place this program in your C: drawer and modify your startup-sequence
  14. to have a randomly chosen colour every re-boot!
