  1.     I made this WAD from some Metallica MIDI files from DATA CONNECTION.
  2. They were made by King Diamond.  I have no idea who this is, but his MIDI's
  3. turned out all right!  The following songs were substitued in the first 
  4. episode (The Shores of Hell) with these levels:
