About the future
----------------
I don't have much interest on Amiga anymore. Not much is not equal to
none, however. This small amount will probably be used to develop
HippoPlayer. Big projects are probably too much for me, like
ImpulseTracker support for example (anyone willing to co-operate? ;).
PS3M versus AHI
---------------
AHI is great for those who have a sound. Otherwise I suggest you don't use
it.
The paula routines in AHI use interrupt based mixing. This means that AHI
will always steal CPU time from you.
PS3M uses task based mixing. Set the priority low and PS3M will never
steal CPU time from you. It's often enough for the music to run with the
left over CPU time, so you will notice no system slow down. The only
drawback is that sometimes when the load is high the music will not play
continuously.
This is true for the low end Amigas...
Btw, there are pirated keyfiles/generators available. That sucks :-(
