  1. These files patch DOOM v1.0 to DOOM v1.1.  To use, unzip these files into 
  2. the DOOM directory and enter DOOM11PT at the command line.

  4. You will be asked to confirm a delete in the patch process.  This is the 
  5. bat file toasting all the data in c:\doomdata (savegames, *.cfg).  Sorry 
  6. but savegames and cfg info from DOOM v1.0 is not compatible with DOOM v1.1.

  8. When the job is done you can go back and delete the follwing patch files.
  9. PATCH.*, DOOM11PT.BAT, FILE_ID.DIZ and README.PAT.
