  1. Welcome to SDOOM - a package to get Doom Serial Mode to work fine and smoothly.

  4. When do you need this package:
  5. - Direct Link: After some time playing small delays start occuring regularly
  6.                when moving and the gameplay stops being fluid.
  7. - Modem      : No DTR or No RS Signals
  8.                You are bored to setup everything manually
  9.  
  10. NOTE: Doom 1.2 Modem Play DOES NOT WORK on UsRobotics HST Type Connections.
  11.       Use V32b instead.

  13. INSTALL:
  14. Unzip the package into your DOOM Directory and run SDOOM.BAT . The batch is
  15. selfexplaining.

  17. There's no guarantee that these tools work on YOUR specific setup but chances
  18. are good they will!
