  1. CITYWAR - The era of syndicates and time-warping

  4. Introduction:
  5. =============
  6. In a future not so far away, the world economy have collapsed.
  7. The world is ruled by syndicates, no government exists. 
  8. The syndicates are wealthy and protects itself from the mutants in 
  9. nearby areas. Human civilisation is concentrated to the cities, 
  10. often heavily fortified.
  11.  
  12. The target city, "Quake 4.04a", has two social hierarchies; 
  13. The wealthy and the other.
  14.  
  15. The wealthy lives in the skyscrapers downtown, 
  16. and the other in the sleazier parts of town.
  17. The social structure is so strict, that the city itself is divided into 
  18. two parts. The only way to travel between them, is through a heavily 
  19. protected gate.
