  1.         This WAD replaces MAP 1 only.
  2.         
  3.         I made this here wad....or most of it, so have fun playing it....
  4. it's mostly the same as HAIGHT1.WAD....but I made a few improvments....
  5. like straighter hallways and made some other "improvments" <I hope>.
  6.         
  7.         There's even a BFG in this VER....but you have to play on skill
  8. 4 or 5 to get it.
  9.         
  10.         One other important note, when I made the wad, I carefully selected
  11. the light levels...they an are important part of the level....and it makes
  12. it more challenging and fun....if you don't know what it is that I'm talking 
  13. about....GOOD!     ;)

  15.         I should also mention that I am not the origional-origional author 
  16. this level...I am the maker of HAIGHT 1...but I got the basic map layout
  17. from a DOOM1 level that I had kicking around.  The wad is significantly
  18. changed from the origional, I think...I've put lots of hours into it..on 
  19. and off.

  21.         Finally, thanks to some guy named HOSTILE on the GAME SERVER in 
  22. San Francisco for helping me test this baby and for his input, and DAN 
  23. the SYSOP of the SF game server <415-333-5333> for creating a cheap 
  24. alternative to DWANGO.
