Despite the efforts of our air defence network, enemy aircraft are still reaching their targets, inflicting considerable damage and heavy casualties. Air Command has been ordered to establish air superiority as quickly as possible.

Despite the marginal success of the allied attacks the enemy's command and control structure remains intact. Your performance must improve if the allies are to secure air superiority.
:Failure
The allies have failed to gain air superiority, largely due to the ineffective F16 missions. Reconnaissance and air defence suppression flights are again top priority.
