Four quantities can be used to describe the state of a gas: pressure, volume, temperature, and quantity(moles). Typically, the ideal gas law is used to determine these quantities of a gas, however there are four other equations that can also be used. This modedule allows the user to view the effect of volume, moles and temperature on the pressure of a gas using the five different equations.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Select a gas from the eight gas option buttons.
2. Select a model from the five different model option buttons.
3. Vary the volume, moles and temperature scrollbars to determine the pressure of the given gas.
