  10. These files may be distributed freely, so long as no modifications are
  11. made and no money is ever charged for the theme or any of it's 
  12. components, ever.

  14. Installation (easy):
  15.  
  16. Copy the SHUTTLE.SCR to \Windows\System
  17. Copy ALL the rest to \Program Files\Plus\Themes
  18.  
  19. Set the Theme to run via Control Panel and BLAST OFF!
