  36. Permission to freely re-distribute RDPrep is hereby granted to private
  37. individuals and to private and commercial electronic bulletin boards. This
  38. permission is contigent upon the inclusion of all (and only) the files found
  39. in this set which files must be complete and intact as originally
  40. created by MicroBotics, Inc. No charge may be imposed for this
  41. re-distribution (except for normal access charges to commercial networks).
  42. RDPrep may NOT be redistributed as part of any commercial software
  43. package, nor as part of any disk collection except for the Fred Fish disk
  44. collection (as distributed by Fred Fish) and its CD-ROM version as
  45. distributed by HyperMedia Concepts. Non-profit Amiga User Groups may also
  46. redistribute RDPrep (to their members only) on diskette. Any other
  47. on-disk redistributable software entity, whether commercial or
  48. non-commercial, must apply to MicroBotics, Inc. for written permission to
  49. include RDPrep in their diskettes or CD-ROMs or other tangible,
  50. distributed media.

  53. related programs and associated documentation and this permission to

  78. those companies to provide support and information relevant to the testing
  79. and diagnosis of memory problems with their products.
