  2. Project Menu Help

  5. Items on the Project Menu generally perform on the whole Worksheet
  6. file, rather than a portion of the Worksheet such as a Cell or Range.
  7. Activities include:  Opening new and existing Worksheets, opening
  8. new Macrosheets, closing the Worksheet, deleting a Worksheet File,
  9. saving a Worksheet, creating a duplicate Worksheet file, printing
  10. a Worksheet File, and opening and closing the Workbench.

  13. New Worksheet

  16. Use this menu item to initialize a blank Worksheet.
  17. This may also be accessed by:  Right Amiga Key with N.

  28. Open Worksheet

  31. Causes the display of a MaxiPlan File Selector for selecting existing
  32. Worksheet files to be loaded into the MaxiPlan program.  A file can
  33. be selected by either selecting this option in the Project Menu or
  34. by Right Amiga Key with O.

  37. Open 1-2-3 Worksheet                                    
  38. ---------------------------------------------------------------------

  40. Causes the display of a MaxiPlan File Selector for selecting existing
  41. Worksheet files that are in Lotus 1-2-3 format to be loaded into the
  42. MaxiPlan program.  MaxiPlan will read both .WKS and .WK1 file formats.

  45. Save 1-2-3 Worksheet                                              
  46. --------------------------------------------------------------------

  48. Save 1-2-3 Worksheet will save the current Worksheet into Lotus 1-2-3
  49. format.

  52. Delete File

  55. As is the case with the Open Worksheet command,  Delete File
  56. causes the display of MaxiPlan File Selector for selecting
  57. existing Worksheet files to be deleted from the disk and
  58. directories.  A file can be selected for deletion by either double
  59. clicking on its name, or by keying in a Path Name and File Name.
  60. A second Requester will appear asking you to confirm the
  61. deletion process.

  64. Close Worksheet

  67. Use this Menu Item to close the Worksheet.  This selection is
  68. equivalent to clicking on the close box gadget in the top left
  69. corner of the window.

  71. This may also be accessed by:  Right Amiga Key with W.

  74. Save                                              
  75. --------------------------------------------------------------------

  77. Save will save the current Worksheet with its current Name without 
  78. exiting MaxiPlan.  If the Worksheet has never been saved before,
  79. a Requester will be displayed for keying in the File Name of the
  80. Worksheet.

  85. Save As....

  88. Save As allows you to save a duplicate Worksheet under a different
  89. name or on a different disk.

  91. If you have one disk drive you should type in the name of the disk
  92. into the PATH gadget and then click on the directory area to see
  93. files on that disk.  Remember to type a COLON (:) after the name
  94. of your disk (e.g. MaxiPlan Files:)

  100. If a Range is selected, only the Range is outputted.  If one Cell is
  101. selected, the entire Worksheet will be outputted.  Choose either
  102. PRINTER or FILE from the Submenu to direct your output to the proper
  103. destination.  Printing to a FILE is useful for print spooling or 
  104. transferring the file to another Amiga which does not have a copy of
  105. MaxiPlan Plus.

  108. Print Setup

  111. Several options are available such as page numbers, grid lines, Row and
  112. Column notation, date and time, Worksheet file name, or a customized
  113. Title to your printout.

  115. Default option is None.

  118. Worksheet Status                                
  119. --------------------------------------------------------------------

  121. This selection displays information about the number of Cells used,
  122. free memory available, calculation mode, Clipboard size, talking
  123. and protection mode status, number of charts used and the location
  124. of the last Cell in the Worksheet.

  127. About MaxiPlan-IV

  130. This requester displays the creators of MaxiPlan Plus and the 
  131. program version number.

  134. Open WorkBench                                    
  135. --------------------------------------------------------------------

  137. The Open Workbench allows you to access the Workbench without
  138. leaving MaxiPlan.

  141. Close WorkBench

  144. Close Workbench is provided so that after you have used the
  145. Workbench, you may close its window to save memory.  It is not
  146. necessary to close the Workbench if you have enough memory.
