The accompanying text files ‘Pro To !C’ and ‘!C to Pro’ explain how to transfer information between !Citation and ProCite (one of the leading PC and Mac bibliographical software packages).
‘Pro To !C’ will tell you how to export references from a ProCite database in a format that is compatible with !Citation.
‘!C to Pro’ will tell you how to export references from !Citation in a format that ProCite can understand.
Whilst the instructions are reasonably detailed, I have assumed that you know at least something about using ProCite on the Mac or Windows platforms. If you are unsure about basic things like loading and saving files on a (far less friendly than RISC OS) PC or Mac, then please don’t go crying to Tim. He wrote !Citation so that he could avoid having to unravel the answers to esoteric questions like that. Besides, he’s disowned all of this anyway.
However, if you’ve got any suggestions for improvements, or - better still - have made enhancements of your own, then your feedback is more than welcome.
