  3. A utility to enter foreign characters into !Edit etc.(eg ©®☓⇦⇨⇩⇧)

  5. Once loaded in the usual way,click on the !CharEnter icon on the iconbar.
  6. A window will appear,clicking on any character in this window will enter it
  7. where the caret is.
  8. Pressing menu on this window will pring up a menu.Move to Fonts,and if you
  9. have any outline fonts loaded,you can choose one of these instead.
