Atlanta 2.56
============
You only need to read this file if you are upgrading from an early
version of Atlanta.
Before upgrading Atlanta you should make sure that you have at least 2
Megabytes of free disc space on the hard drive that Atlanta is stored on.
This space is required during the upgrade as the way Atlanta stores the
actual font data has altered considerably between this and the previous
version.
This is to fix a number of problems with the support of non-UK / Latin 1
machines.
Once the upgrade has been done, Atlanta will nolonger require the extra 2 MB
of disc space and this can be reused.
Upgrading from 2.52 or above
============================
1. Quit Atlanta if it is loaded on your icon bar.
2. Make a backup of your working copy.
3. Copy the version of Atlanta from the archive over your working
copy of Atlanta.
4. Load the updated copy of Atlanta.
Upgrading from pre 2.52
=======================
1. Quit Atlanta if it is loaded on your icon bar.
2. Make a backup of your working copy.
3. Copy the version of Atlanta from the archive over your working
copy of Atlanta.
4. Load the updated copy of Atlanta.
5. Click SELECT on the Atlanta icon bar icon to open the main window.
6. Click MENU over the main window, and select the ReIndex menu
item from the Miscellaneous submenu.
7. When asked if you wish to recreate *ALL* the data, confirm this.
You will unfortuantely need to recreate any folders that you have
already created with in Atlanta, however, recreating all the data will
make 100% sure that your fonts are stored correctly.
