- !MaxBox Maths Investigation Solver (v2.80) 20/1/98
-
- History:
- --------
- This program was written to help me discover the
- Max Box Rectangle rule (largest possible volume of
- a rectangular box [the square rule is X/6=C,
- where C=corner and X=width of card]) as part of a
- GCSE Mathematics coursework piece. I have since
- finished the project and know the answer-hint-try
- quadratics and calculus! (I got A+!)
-
- Technical:
- ----------
- MaxBox is 64-Bit and has been crunched and the SYS-
- calls have been interpreted. Also MaxBox uses
- integer variables (where FP are not required). It
- also has a lot of error checking.
-
- MaxBox WILL benefit from an FPA10/11/ARM7500FE (and
- presumably FPEPC?) and is StrongARM compatible.
-
- WIMP code based on 'BASIC WIMP Programming On The
- Acorn' by Dabs Press.
-
- Many thanks to David Matthewman for his insite
- into @% formatting.
