text:{!deskzonk is simply an interface to the <ref zonk>main Zonk program</r> which runs from the command line.
To use !deskzonk, drag a Zonk datafile onto the desktop icon, then a taskwindow should open for the main Zonk process.
If you wish you can also drag a directory onto the deskzonk icon. In which case Zonk will attempt to treat all the files inside the directory as Zonk datafiles.
To set the global file used by Zonk while processing shift+drag the appropriate file to the deskzonk icon.
If you wish to check on the current setting of the global file, click on the deskzonk icon and it will tell you.
<sh>Zonk from the command line</sh>
If you wish to run the main Zonk program from the commandline the syntax is:
<var>wildcardfilename</var> is the name of the datafile(s) to process. If you do not supply this on the command line the Zonk will prompt for it.
The command line is slightly more flexible if you wish to process a subset of files in a directory as you can give it the required correct wildcarded name. Dragging a directory to !deskzonk is always passes a wildcarded name of <var>directoryname</var>.*
