  7.  (a) The version number (and date) of this software;
  8.  (b) The exact (word for word) message in the error box;
  9.  (c) What you were trying to do at the time;
  10.  (d) What computer you're using (RiscOS version, etc);
  11.  (e) Anything else that might shed some light on a murky scene.

  13.  That should help me track down what happened, amd help me to
  14.  (hopefully) put it right.
