  3.  Hearsay is freeware; this means that it may be distributed freely, provided
  4. that no files are removed from, modified or added to the original archive
  5. in which this program is supplied, and that *no* charge is made for people
  6. to obtain it (except telephone charges, or the price of the media on which
  7. it is supplied). None of the files may be removed and used separately from
  8. the Hearsay program without my express permission.

  10.  This means therefore that paying BBSes and PD libraries may not distribute
  11. this program, except the Datafile PD, who have the exclusive right as a PD
  12. library to distribute Hearsay.
