  1. The !DDTPatch enables you to patch DDT version 1.50 to DDT version 1.51.
  2. Version 1.51 contains changes which enable DDT to run on RISC OS 3.

  4. To patch DDT double click on the !DDTPatch icon. This should place the
  5. !DDTPatch on the icon bar. Click select on this icon, this will open
  6. the Patch dialog box. The writable icon in the patch dialog box will
  7. contain the filename "System:Modules.DDT". If this is the version of
  8. DDT you wish to path click on the OK icon.

  10. If the version of DDT you wish to patch is not stored in System:Modules.DDT
  11. drag the DDT module you wish to patch to the patch dialog box, the name of
  12. the module will be entered in the writable icon. If this is correct click
  13. on the OK icon.

  15. Be sure you have a backup of the DDT module before attempting to patch it
  16. as an error when trying to patch it may leave you DDTless.
