  4. Welcome  to  the  Archimedes  with  RISC  OS!  It is Minerva's policy to
  5. provide complete support for Users including full upward  compatability,
  6. wherever  possible.  Users  will  be  pleased  to know that all existing
  7. Minerva Software for the Archimedes is compatible  with  RISC  OS,  when
  8. used in conjunction with the programs on this disk.

  10. The  Archimedes is one of the most powerful small micro computers in the
  11. world, opening up  a  wide  range  of  possibilities  for  applications.
  12. Minerva  are  at the forefront of this technology with a promise of more
  13. exciting, powerful software. All future software will be RISC OS desktop
  14. compatible tasks designed to run  concurrently  with other RISC OS tasks
  15. of the same nature.

  17. The  first  of this new generation of multi-tasking aplications was Home
  18. Accounts which, you may be surprised to know, has  been  on  sale  since
  19. 1988!  This  was  made  possible  by advanced techniques which allow the
  20. software to run on the old Arthur 1.2  as  well  as  the  new  RISC  OS.
  21. Multi-Delta,  the multi-tasking database system, is the first of our new
  22. range   of   professional   business   software  which  will  include  a
  23. spreadsheet, business graphics and art package.
