  4. *In order to clarify the situation as to how this read only version of
  5. ArcFSInfo may or may not be used I have included this file:
  6.  
  7. *Please read the following carefully.
  8.  
  9. *This version of ArcFSInfo is NOT public domian. However, it may be copies
  10. may be passed on to other people as long as the following conditions are
  11. met:
  12.  
  13.      (1) Copies may be passed between private individuals as long as this
  14.          is done free of charge.
  15.  
  16.      (2) It may be distributed by public domain libraries, as long as no
  17.          more than £1.50 is charged for a 800Kb (E format) disk of P.D.
  18.          software containing ArcFS and no more than £2.00 is charged for
  19.          a 1.6Mb (F format) disk. If charges are higher than this, then my
  20.          permission must be obtained first.
  21.  
  22.      (3) It may be distributed by remote databases such as FTP sites or
  23.          mail servers on InterNet or bulletin boards, as long as no charge is
  24.          made for downloading it (other than the cost of the phone call).
  25.  
  26.      (4) ArcFS must NOT be distributed with software, other than as detailed
  27.          above, without my permission. If a profit is being made from the
  28.          software, then this will normally be in return for a small royalty
  29.          or one-off payment.

  31.      (5) The copyright remains mine at all times.

  33. *The ONLY part of the !ArcFSInfo application that may be used separately
  34. from the rest of the application without my permission is the EnsArcFS2
  35. utility.
