  3. Two programs for consideration to be included
  4. in the Eureka magazine disk.

  6. Full explanations are given in the ReadMe files
  7. within each directory.

  9. Quick explanation is that FixMouse allows the
  10. mouse to move horizontally or vertically only
  11. by pressing H or V on the keyboard, C cancels
  12. the effect. As it works on the keyboard matrix
  13. number rather than the ASCII number it matters
  14. not if the key press is upper or lower case.
  15.  
  16. Double click on MouseFix to install and included
  17. is an OBEY file to kill the module as if within
  18. a text operation any key presses may affect 
  19. the mouse, no problem but could be annoying.
  20.  
  21. HowQuick is a totally useless program that will
  22. give users an idea as to how quick a computer
  23. actually operates.
