  3. NRA contains Impression Style templates for the National Records of
  4. Achievement documents which every student will be required to produce. Since
  5. these appeared on the June 1994 cover disc, some alterations have been made
  6. to all of the forms.
  7.  
  8. Details. This will be the first page of the NRA folder and gives the
  9. student's name and address.
  10.  
  11. Statement. This is the template for the Personal Statement which is to be
  12. complated by the student. It is arguably the most important of the documents
  13. as it should contain an overview of the student's own education experience.
  14.  
  15. Action Plan. Enter details of long and short term aims.
  16.  
  17. Achievement. Other Achievements and experiences is where the student records
  18. his/her own experiences outside school, including extra-curricula
  19. activities.
  20.  
  21. Employment. The student should record details of his/her employment record,
  22. including work experience.
  23.  
  24. Qualifs. The student uses this form to record all qualifications attained
  25. both in school and beyond.
  26.  
  27. School. This is the form the tutor uses to write a statement about the
  28. student.
