  34. WinEd is a window template editor.  Its features are aimed at
  35. designing templates for RISC OS 3 with a 3D look, but it can also be
  36. used for 2D templates.  The most attractive features of WinEd are:

  39. * Icons can be dragged between windows, including a customisable
  40.   `Picker' window containing the most commonly used icons.
