  34. The PopUp manager is a RISC OS 2 and 3 compatible relocatable module which
  35. manages server task(s) to provide an easily reconfiguarble set of windows
  36. (PopUps) to desktop applications.  Using PopUps simplifies the process of
  37. creating desktop applications, as well as ensuring that they look consistent.
