  34. Cvrt converts between different character sets (alphabets).  Defined alphabets
  35. are: ISO/Latin1 (always present), 7-Bit ASCII, MS-DOS, Macintosh, Roman-8 and
  36. EBCDIC.  It can also process end of line characters, tabs, quoted strings
  37. and paragraphs.
