  34. VarEdit is a system variable editor. You can see various types of 
  35. variable viewer: all variables, variables according to type (String, 
  36. Number or Macro), or style (File$Type_*, Alias$@RunType_*, *$Dir 
  37. etc.). Variables can be edited in situ, and saved to a file in 
  38. alphabetical order or by style. You can search and replace 
  39. variable contents, and find variable names by first letters. In 
  40. addition, it supplies statistics on the relative numerical importance 
  41. of different styles, and allows all keyboard shortcuts to be 
  42. redefined.
