  8.  In my opinion the ideal is a linked system of HTML documents. 
  9.  The trouble is that at the moment the available web browsers
  10.  for Risc OS are a bit slow at scrolling text, and using them
  11.  is like cracking a nut with a sledgehammer. So until Risc OS
  12.  has a fast web browser in ROM, this is something small quick
  13.  and simple. It displays fast scrolling, active text, in colour.
  14.  It has been tested with VGA type modes only.

  16.  I describe the text displayed by !See as active because you can
  17.  embed commands in it, which are activated by clicking on them.
  18.  Commands must start with an asterisk (*) and comprise a complete
  19.  single colour segment of a line, i.e. it must contain no changes
  20.  of colour (either of fore- or back-ground), and be bounded either
  21.  by the start or end of the line or by colour boundaries. Text in
  22.  commands must be in the system font. Clicking with Select will
  23.  execute the command, typically to open another See file, and close
  24.  the current See window. Clicking with Adjust will leave the current
  25.  window open.
