This is just an application to do silly things to your computer when you shut down. Simply let the machine see the application (either open a directory viewer or Filer_Boot it in your boot sequence), and then ignore it. To shut the machine down, press ^⇧F12 as usual.
Configuration
=============
The program supports different types of monitor. You can alter the !SetUp file to suit your monitor type:
Monitor Parameter to use
--------------------------------
Normal/TV <none>
Multisync -msync (uses a rectangular pixel screen mode)
VGA -vga
LCD/Portable -vga
Super-VGA <not supported> (It's too slow, even on an A5000)
Hi-res mono <not supported>
You can also alter the amount of time for which the static is on the screen. The value following "-time" is this time in centiseconds. (ie -time 100 = 1 second)
Further expansion
=================
Given enough reason (for example, say, someone tells me to do it...) I will change or add to the list of screen modes available. I may even add to the list of things that the program does, given ideas, code, lots of money, ...
