  34. Converter is a program to convert angles, number bases and SWIs:
  35.   * Converts to/from all angular units (degrees, radians, grads).
  36.   * Converts to/from Decimal, Hex, Binary, and anything else up to base 36,
  37.     including Roman numerals.
  38.   * Converts between SWI numbers and names.
