  33. Description:

  35. Charter is an application designed to convert numeric data into vector
  36. graphics files. It can save as either DrawFiles (with text if required) or
  37. as DXF files for PC compatibility, which can also be read (but not
  38. written) by !Draw itself. The program is written in BASIC and then
  39. compiled, but the source code has been included, and contains numerous
  40. useful procedures and functions. The data file format it uses it is very
  41. simple, consisting of a series of numbers, separated by and terminating
  42. with Carriage Returns.

  44. Data editing is possible, with a full undo buffer, as well as text entry
  45. in any available font. The program also has an internal format data file,
  46. in which text and numeric data are saved.
