  32. Description:
  33.  
  34. Frank is a 'non-intelligent' language learner, that is is to say, he doesn't
  35. learn much about sentence construction and punctuation.  He does, however,
  36. attempt to learn word order.  For instance, if you were to type 'Hello Frank'
  37. at the You> prompt, Frank would learn that 'HELLO' (All words are automatically
  38. converted to upper case) can start a sentence, and 'FRANK' can follow 'HELLO'
  39. and end a sentence.

  41. If this was the only thing you ever entered at the You> prompt (assuming no
  42. vocabulary was autoloaded) then the only thing Frank could say in response
  43. would be 'HELLO FRANK' followed by '.', '!', '?' etc.
