Description:
Frank is a 'non-intelligent' language learner, that is is to say, he doesn't
learn much about sentence construction and punctuation. He does, however,
attempt to learn word order. For instance, if you were to type 'Hello Frank'
at the You> prompt, Frank would learn that 'HELLO' (All words are automatically
converted to upper case) can start a sentence, and 'FRANK' can follow 'HELLO'
and end a sentence.
If this was the only thing you ever entered at the You> prompt (assuming no
vocabulary was autoloaded) then the only thing Frank could say in response
would be 'HELLO FRANK' followed by '.', '!', '?' etc.
Version 3.00 sports these great features:
- Runs in a 100% wimp environment
- Supports !Help
- New method of storing vocabularys in memory
- No 'string too long' errors when the vocabulary hits around 200 words
- Word linkage frequency can be taken into account when Frank makes a sentence
- Make/break links from word to word
