  32. Description:

  34. ModemUtil is an application containing a collection of utilities useful
  35. for users of modems.  The serial port can be monitored and its status
  36. altered, including forcing the modem to drop the carrier and go off-line.
  37. The usage of the modem can be logged while on-line and the cost of the
  38. call displayed and saved in a log file.  A stopwatch and countdown timer
  39. is also provided.
