  32. Description:

  34. The Persistence of Vision Raytracer creates three-dimensional, photo-realistic
  35. images using a rendering technique called ray tracing. It reads in a text file
  36. containing information describing the objects and lighting in a scene and
  37. generates an image of that scene from the view point of a camera also described
  38. in the text file.  Version 3 has many advantages in comparison to V2.2, like
  39. radiosity.
