  34. NewLook provides a 'new look' for computers fitted with RISC OS 3.10
  35. (or later). It adds support for 3D appearance of windows, and for a
  36. 'textured' background to the desktop. The use of !NewLook replaces the use
  37. of !SetIcons from the applications suite.
