  3. !U2 is a binary-ascii convertor using uuen/decoding routines, 
  4. and has more knobs and whistles than you can shake a stick at. 
  5. It will encode and decode to/from single/multiple files and 
  6. (if desired) will attempt to extract intelligently multiple 
  7. encoded parts contained, out of order, within a single file. 
  8. The filetype of the original file is included in the encoding
  9. and the decoded file's type can be set before decoding.
