  6. The copyright to this manual and the Streamer application is retained by the
  7. authors, Simon Melhuish and Ben Summers. However, this manual (version 1.00)
  8. and this release of Streamer (version 0.10) may be copied freely for
  9. non-commercial use. Copies may be passed to a third party, for non-commercial
  10. use, so long as no charge is made, and the software and documentation are not
  11. altered in any way. You may not upload Streamer to any kind of bulletin board
  12. system, or similar, without the express permission of the authors, although
  13. you are free to distribute copies on a one-to-one basis by electronic mail
  14. systems. “Public domain” libraries are not permitted to distribute Streamer
  15. without the express permission of the authors. Newer versions of the software
  16. and/or the documentation may be made available at a future date. We reserve
