  3. The file “Spectrum3” is an ArcFS archive. To run
  4. Spectrum issue three, you will need to load either
  5. v0.71+ of !ArcFS or v2.52+ of !ArcFSr/w. Drag the
  6. “!Spectrum3” application from the “Spectrum3”
  7. archive to a blank high density floppy disc, or,
  8. preferably, a hard disc.
