- God, what a boring load of crap! Having said that, this it is
- well-produced and has many qualities of a commercial game, but I'm
- afraid it's boring. Right now I've got that off my chest I'll tell
- you a little about this mind- numbing rubbish. OK, so the graphics
- are above average and the music suitably composed for this type of
- game, but I just couldn't get into it! It doesn't seem to fall into
- any category and I wonder why it was written except as punishment for
- something hideous. The object of the game is to throw silly- putty at
- your opponent to kill him. However between you and him is an angular
- unconvincingly feasible landscape plus a number of options can be
- set, such as the wind direction along with blowers and other elements
- to affect the objects trajectory, which can be aimed by use of the
- 'elevation' and 'gravity' controls. The silly-putty can bounce off
- the edge of the screen, but gouges out a section of the landscape
- when it lands. Over many throws, (which you take in turn), you may
- kill your opponent, but who cares! One of the most tedious games I've
- ever played. For me the most entertaining aspect of this game is the
- pre-game scenario as Harvey Hamster discovers that Dr. Doggie has
- been stealing his sunflower seeds to make a lifesize model of the RAC
- building in Birmingham and then challenges him to a duel at noon with
- silly- putty. Also listen out for the sampled animals in the music;
- quite entertaining - NOT!
