The Statement of Achievement should be printed / photocopied onto good quality card. However before using it, the school's name and address will need to be inserted. If using Draw3, select the part you wish you change, type <Ctrl-E> to edit the text and press <Return> after the changes have been made. To centre the name and address, select them together with the title, enter <Ctrl-G> to group the objects and then click Menu and go through Select, Justify and the finally click on Centre.
A frame should be added and this can be achieved by loading one of the grey guidelines into Poster by 4Mation. The program is supplied with a number of borders and an additional borders pack called Ethnic borders is also available.
Finally, two statements can be fitted onto a single A4 sheet and cut after copying.
