  4. With this product, Circle Software are introducing a new concept in
  5. software marketing.
  6.  
  7. Impact! is supplied as a partly working demonstration version and,
  8. IN THIS FORM, may be freely distributed as public domain software.
  9. It will perform all functions using the sample data base supplied, 
  10. including merging with Impression, but excluding data import and
  11. the creation of new custom designed data bases.
  12.  
  13. N.B. This disc may only be freely distributed, provided:-

  15.   1. It has not been registered, see below.
  16.   2. The FULL contents of this disc are included in EVERY copy.
  17.  
  18. Registration.
  19. ============

  21. To fully use the program, your name and a valid security code must 
  22. be entered via the icon bar menu, by selecting the 'Register' option.
  23. The security code may be obtained by one of two methods.
  24.  
  25. The simplest is to telephone Circle Software and quote your credit 
  26. card number in payment of the full retail price. You will then be
  27. given a security code, and sent an instruction manual by post.
  28.  
  29. Alternatively, you may write enclosing your credit card authorization,
  30. cheque or postal order, etc. Your security code and instructions
  31. will be sent by return of post.

  36. Please note that registered programs are NOT public domain, and may
  37. NOT be distributed in any way. Please read the file !Licence before
  38. registering your program, and be prepared to agree to the conditions
  39. set out in that file.

  43. Distribution Agents.

  46. We are in the process of building a network of distribution agents
  47. through which to market this, and future products. To qualify as an
  48. agent, you must be in contact with a number of Acorn computer owners, 
  49. via for instance a computer shop, club, bulletin board, magazine, 
  50. school, etc, or simply have a lot of owner friends. Agents will receive
  51. commission on all products sold through them, and receive all updates
  52. and future product details free.
