  24. Digital Symphony, is an 8 channel sound sequencing package, based completely
  25. in the Risc Os Desktop environment. Digital Symphony, will allow the
  26. inexperienced user, to achieve stunning musical results due to it's easy to
  27. use nature, just like the Archimedes itself, but also offers a range of
  28. intricate, sophisticated facilities, making even the most experienced feel
  29. at home.

  31. In the past Soundtrack editors for the Archimedes, have merely imitated
  32. similar packages for such machines as the Amiga. Now Digital Symphony, is
  33. set to change this by offering new features, and effects, not possible using
  34. packages on any other home computer or even the Archimedes before now.

  36. Digital Symphony is the first and only Soundtrack editor, to have a
  37. playroutine, that will play ProTracks, or original SoundTrackers, absolutely
  38. 100% faithful, to how they were originally composed. Other inferior
  39. soundtrack play routines/editors, do not fully implement the effects used by
  40. such packages, and therefore are not able to cope with some of the more
  41. sophisticated pieces of music.

  43. Digital Symphony has a list of some 40 effects, which can be applied to an
  44. instrument, or sample in conjunction with each other, producing amazing
  45. results limited by the imagination alone, and allowing you to produce the
  46. exact effect that you require.

  48. Digital Symphony, is of course completely midi compatible, notes can be
  49. entered, into the track using, a keyboard, drum-pack, or any other midi
  50. compatible instrument, in Real-time via means of a midi interface.

  52. Digital Symphony is the first and only, sequencing package to display the
  53. track, in standard musical notation form as notes on a stave, in addition,
  54. to the usual sequencer pattern lists.
