  3. This is a desk top utility and will enable you to
  4. transfer from the Desktop to Basic easly.
  5. When you double click it the Basic Editor will be
  6. automatically loaded and its icon appere on the 
  7. lower bar.

  9.  Dropping a Basic File onto this icon will cause
  10. Basic to be enterd, the file loaded in and the Basic
  11. editor to be enterd. You can now examin, alter 
  12. and run the program. To exit from Basic just type
  13. QUIT.

  15.  Clicking select on the icon will result in Basic
  16. being enterd.
