- This disk is a product of the I-APL project which aims to introduce the
- imperative notation APL to many who have not been able to afford it till
- now. APL is also executable on a computer. More can be specified in a page
- of APL than a page of any other language. I-APL workspaces that don't use
- clock or machine code will load and run in any I-APL computer with the same
- results. This APL interpreter conforms to the ISO, BSI and ANSI standard for
- APL. You may give copies of this disk away provided they are complete and
- unaltered. The manuals are all available separately at prices below the cost
- of copying. Order forms from the address above. Use of this product for
- direct commercial gain is prohibited. It was paid for by the generous
- contributions of the APL community, world-wide. Please let us know of
- violations of this condition.
-
- If this disk was a gift, please send us (address above) your name and
- address. People on the mailing list will be sent news of other I-APL
- implementations and products (eg books and teaching material) as they
- become available.
-
- I-APL is a voluntary project; it and its newsletters are sustained by
- donations. If you can afford to contribute, please do. It may help someone
- else to discover APL. Cheques should be payable to I-APL Ltd.
