  5. This disk is a product of the I-APL project which aims to introduce the
  6. imperative notation APL to many who have not been able to afford it till
  7. now. APL is also executable on a computer. More can be specified in a page
  8. of APL  than a page of any other language. I-APL workspaces that don't use
  9. clock or  machine code will load and run in any I-APL computer with the same
  10. results. This APL interpreter conforms to the ISO, BSI and ANSI standard for
  11. APL. You may give copies of this disk away provided they are complete and
  12. unaltered. The manuals are all available separately at prices below the cost
  13. of copying. Order forms from the address above. Use of this product for
  14. direct commercial  gain is prohibited. It was paid for by the generous
  15. contributions of the APL  community, world-wide. Please let us know of
  16. violations of this condition.
