  13.               BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
  14.               --------------------------

  16. This program has been designed to be as easy and
  17. intuitive as possible to use. Simply click on the
  18. icon for a short quote or 'thought for the day'.
  19.  
  20. There are a few user options (which can be saved
  21. back to disc as default values). These are explained
  22. later.
  23.  
  24. Purpose
  25. -------
  26. Spiritual enlightenment or 'Moments of Reflection'.
  27.  
  28. Instructions
  29. ------------
  30. When installed on the icon bar, click SELECT to give
  31. a random quote from the database.
  32. Inside the quote window you can click on SELECT to
  33. give another quote, or click on ADJUST to close the
  34. window.
  35. If 'Immediate' and 'Auto Quit' are on, you may find
  36. that you cannot get the icon to install on the icon
  37. bar. In this case, hold down SHIFT while you load
  38. !Reflect and keep holding it down until the first
  39. quote disappears.
  40.  
  41. The Options Menu
  42. ----------------
  43. Immediate  Determines whether a quote is given
  44.            automatically as soon as !Reflect is
  45.            loaded. (See Auto Quit)
  46. Auto Quit  Will not install on the icon bar, and
  47.            will quit as soon as the first quote is
  48.            given (by Immediate)
  49.            N.B. This option can only be turned on
  50.            if 'Immediate' is also on.
  51.            This is handy if you want to include
  52.            !Reflect in your !Boot up sequence so
  53.            that a new thought is given each time
  54.            you reset your machine.
  55. Autoclose  If this option is on, the quote window 
  56.            will automatically close after a preset
  57.            time limit. (actually 2*'no.of lines in
  58.            quote' seconds)
  59. Timed      Will automatically provide a quote every
  60.            pre-determined time period.
  61.            To change the time period, type in a new
  62.            value (in minutes, max=60)
  63. Random     Will give a quote every random interval.
  64.            To alter the probability, enter a new 
  65.            value (max=99). Every 10 seconds there
  66.            will be a 1 in X chance of a quote being
  67.            given.
  68. Save       Save the above options back to disc to
  69.            use as default values next time !Reflect
  70.            is loaded.
