  3. A utility to set the file type of files
  4. =======================================
  5. Once loaded,dragging any file onto the icon will set it to the type shown.
  6. Clicking select on the icon will subtract one from the current time,clicking
  7. adjust will add one.
  8. Use SHIFT to add or subtract 16 at a time,and CTRL to add of subtract 256
  9. at a time.
