Selecting this option will install the module !FastMove.FMove, which can help to speed up the moving of files using the Desktop.
Normally when a file is moved by dragging its icon with the Shift key held down, the file is copied and the original version deleted. However, if the source and destination files are on the same filing system and the same disc, then *Rename can be used instead.
This module traps *Copy commands which have the D (delete source) option set. If the source and destination files are on the same disc, then it uses a *Rename command instead. Note, however, that any other options to the *Copy command will be ignored, as *Rename doesn't have any options.
The operation of the module can be cancelled with '*RMKill FastMove', which deletes the module from the RMA.
